I'm Erin Colvin, founder of Novus HR Solutions. I started this business because I've seen too many companies mishandle or just forget the people side of things and I want to change that.
I offer 20 years of HR & Talent Acquisition experience across various industries, geographies, and sizes. I earned a Master's of Science in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University and I'm an UCLA alum. I've been professionally certified in HR since 2009 and continually take training to keep my skills sharp.
I have set-up HR functions, processed payroll, sourced and selected benefits, created and run HR operations, designed and implemented HR programs, and led the HR strategy. I enjoy the tactical as well as the strategic but most of all, I love helping people.

For smaller businesses who either don't have HR or have someone handling the basics (5-100). I come in and get done what needs to get done based on your needs and the amount of hours you choose. I can manage and process payroll, handle all administration, coach managers, answer employee questions, put in place performance reviews, recruit, etc. - All depending on your needs.

For businesses over 50 employees, you have the day-to-day covered but there's more you want to do. I take on those projects whether it's an investigation, overhauling onboarding, delivering an employee engagement survey, etc. I can also design and deliver training for managers, compensation review, talent mapping and several other projects as needed.
