Let's make sure everything is set up properly and is in compliance. I'll start with the basics to make sure the HR function is in good working order. Are your I-9s compliant? Is payroll running smoothly and do you have all of the proper state registration and insurance? I take the set-up, compliance, policies, and payroll off your plate.
